You will have full exclusive use of ‘The Pig Sty’ bar during your time with us, our fully licensed bar will be staffed throughout the day for your guests to purchase their drinks or if you wanted to create a bespoke package with us this will be served when most appropriate.

Here at Coton House Farm we have an extensive range of dining options for your event, from informal options to fine dining, we can cater for all. Using locally sourced fresh produce, low mileage, and cooked here in our kitchens, we aim for ’ Farm to Fork.’

We are always an exclusive use venue. We currently have 2 barns available for use.
The Old Dairy barn is a 17th century dairy barn now converted for smaller numbers. It can happily hold 50 guests dining or as a meeting space for you and your colleagues.
The Oak Barn is a larger barn which will hold 140 guests dining at round tables without dance Floor, or 120 guests, formal dining with dance floor. It will hold 220 guests for casual and evening entertaining with dance floor.
The Oak Barn, is uniquely sound proofed and licensed until midnight for alcohol, live music and recorded music. It has 2 large front terraced areas and 1 rear terrace, known as the ‘Guinness Garden. ‘
The Barns will give you a relaxed and luxurious feel, with space and warmth. The neutral walls are perfect for themes and we have a team of venue dressers at hand to adopt any theme you wish for.
Why not incorporate a day of activities?
With Large gardens and acres of space, events such as Laser Clay, Team activities, and horse riding can all take place here too. (We also have a riding School.)
We have 2 Golf courses within the village and a further course just into Lichfield, with The belfry only a few miles away too. We are also located only a few miles from 2 Paintball centres and go karting tracks. Please do enquire for more details.
Being only 3 miles from the centre of Lichfield we are located brilliantly for a huge range of hotels. We can supply you and your guests the contacts they need.
We can also arrange you transport, minibuses through to security chauffeurs.
We are also located just off the A38, with direct routes to Birmingham and Derby. (20 mins)
Lichfield is lucky to have 2 train stations , 1 in the centre of the city, 3 miles away, and Lichfield Trent valley, 1.5 miles away.
