How to order your drinks package

A drinks packages can be really really important for your day. Giving your guests the chance to celebrate your perfect day and cheers to your new life together.

You are not under any obligation with us to order one and are more than welcome to create your own bespoke package instead. You know your guests best and we want your drinks package to work for you and your big day! 

If you click on set drinks packages you can choose between our 3 options. Our most popular being Option B. 

 When you are ordering, if for example you have 100 day guests, you may wish for a 50/50 split of red and white wine to go onto the table. 

You will need to place 2 orders. Click your drinks package for 50 guests and select a white wine. Then order another 50 guests with red wine.

Use the same principle for your reception drink. For example …

100 guests with a reception drink of 50 beers and 50 Prosecco. And 50 white and 50 red wines, just click the drinks package and order 50 reception beers and 50 white wines, and then place a second order of 50 reception Prosecco and 50 red wines. 

If you want to order some guests soft drinks you can place soft drinks orders afterwards into the basket too. When ordering soft drinks please do consider over ordering as some guests often take a soft drink option also before they drink alcohol. This can be particularly prevalent on warm days.

Remember to select the correct year of your wedding.

If you do not wish to order a set drink package, just click on create your own drinks packages, just put in how many bottles of wine you want into your basket and pay!

You can add notes as to where you want the red, white, rose served onto your table plan and our bar staff will arrange everything for you on the day.
